Because our platform includes instant access to cloud resources, API integrations, and AI processing time, we apply a fair-use-based refund policy designed to protect both our customers and our service infrastructure.

    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

    • Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
    • Accidental Plan Upgrade: You upgraded unintentionally and did not use the upgraded features.
    • Service Outage or Technical Failure: Verified downtime or critical platform errors that prevented use for a sustained period.

    Refunds are not granted if:

    • You've already used a significant portion of your monthly usage or sent substantial messages through Deployabot.
    • Dissatisfaction is based on AI performance, style, or output (as these are subjective results).
    • You failed to cancel your plan before the next billing date.
    • You purchased custom setup, training, or integration services, which are non-refundable once delivered.

    3. Free Trials and Cancellations

    Deployabot may offer a limited free trial or free tier. Refunds are not applicable for free usage.

    You can cancel anytime via your dashboard to avoid future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    4. Refund Process

    • Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within standard processing timelines.

    5. Exceptions
